1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and q5bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the q5bet website and all associated gaming services. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the q5bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players using the q5bet platform from Bangladesh, including those accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full q5bet platform, you must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations.

• 1.1You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. q5bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• 1.2Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on q5bet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• 1.3You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• 1.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. q5bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 1.5q5bet reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Players may be required to submit identification documents to verify identity, age, or the source of deposited funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on q5bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• 2.1The minimum deposit on q5bet is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. q5bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• 2.2All deposits are for the sole purpose of gaming on the q5bet platform. q5bet will not process deposits that appear to be made for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. Suspected money-laundering or financial abuse will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.
• 2.3Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger amounts may require additional processing time and KYC verification.
• 2.4Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets that are registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. q5bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• 2.5q5bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Frozen funds will be released or forfeited within 30 days of the investigation conclusion, with written notice provided to the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

q5bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

• 3.1All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• 3.2Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per household or IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.
• 3.3q5bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify bonus terms with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of modification will not be retroactively altered, but any wagering already completed will count toward the applicable requirement.
• 3.4Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game only and expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement.
• 3.5Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance only; any real-money balance above the bonus amount will remain available for withdrawal.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the q5bet platform, including sports betting markets and casino game wagers.

• 4.1All bets are final once confirmed. q5bet does not offer a bet cancellation facility after a wager has been accepted by the system, except in cases where a bet is settled in error, in which case q5bet reserves the right to void and re-settle the bet at the correct outcome.
• 4.2In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed during an event at q5bet's discretion, particularly where there is a material change in event conditions (e.g. weather suspension in cricket, player injury). Bets placed before a suspension event will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• 4.3q5bet uses certified RNG systems for all casino game outcomes. Game results are independently audited for fairness. q5bet makes no guarantee of winning outcomes and all results are subject to statistical variance inherent in the nature of gambling.
• 4.4q5bet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was opened in error, or placed using a quoted price that was manifestly incorrect due to a technical error. Bets voided under this clause will have the staked amount returned to the player's account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q5bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• 5.1Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or the submission of falsified documents to q5bet for the purpose of verification or withdrawal.
• 5.2Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or artificially inflate account balances. This includes, but is not limited to, chip dumping in poker-style games and coordinated sports betting.
• 5.3The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the q5bet platform in a manner not intended for human players, including automated betting, data scraping, or session simulation.
• 5.4Money laundering or the use of the q5bet platform to conceal, disguise, or convert the proceeds of any criminal activity. q5bet is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant financial intelligence units.
• 5.5Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at q5bet staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or support tickets.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

q5bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. The following clauses govern the circumstances under which account action may be taken.

• 6.1q5bet may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. The suspension will be reviewed within 14 days and the account will either be reinstated or permanently closed, with written notice provided in either case.
• 6.2A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting q5bet support. Upon confirmed closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method used, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been met.
• 6.3Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any bonus balance, promotional credits, and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits may also be withheld pending investigation where there is evidence of fraudulent funding.

8. Responsible Gaming

q5bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following provisions form part of q5bet's responsible gaming framework.

• 7.1Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings page. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to prevent impulsive decisions during active gaming sessions.
• 7.2Players who feel they need a break from gaming may activate a time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via account settings. During a time-out, the account remains open but no deposits or bets may be placed. Players who require a longer break may request a self-exclusion period of 3, 6, or 12 months by contacting q5bet support directly.
• 7.3q5bet takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant child protection authorities. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q5bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: (a) technical failures or interruptions to the platform; (b) delays in deposit or withdrawal processing; (c) errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected under the betting rules above; (d) any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

q5bet does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. q5bet will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, particularly during major sporting events such as BPL and IPL matches, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a platform outage during a live betting event, unsettled bets will be settled at the next available opportunity using the last confirmed odds or game state prior to the outage.

10. Amendments to These Terms

q5bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, q5bet will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Your continued use of the q5bet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
